Apple Picking

Our 25-acre apple orchard is available for picking 7 days a week. At Jonamac, families and friends are invited to share a U-pick bag with up to 4 people. Hand-select your choice of over 30 varieties of apples throughout the season to find the perfect match for pies or snacks.

Our orchard is planted with modern growing methods providing easy to access apples for guests young and old. From classics like Jonathan and Cortland to the newest varieties like Pazzaz and Ludacrisp we have the best apple for you.

Now CLOSED for the 2023 Season

A general admission wristband is required during all Festival Days to enter our Pick Your Own Orchard. Advance admission wristbands can be purchased online through our website or at the gate while tickets are available. A picking bag must be purchased from our U-pick building before entering the orchard to pick.

During Weekdays (Monday-Friday) our Pick Your Own Orchard is open from 9 am to 5:30 pm without a general admission wristband, but a picking bag must be purchased in our Store & Bakery or Cider House before entering the Orchard. We do not allow guests in the orchard without picking bags.

Apple Picking Bags are a 1/2 Peck size. They are $16 and hold about 5.5lbs of apples. Guests may have up to 4 people picking per bag.
