We pride ourselves on only using fresh apples and no artificial flavors or sweeteners so our cider is more similar to a “traditional” hard cider, refreshing and easy to enjoy. Naturally Gluten Free.

JonaSMACK Bourbon Barrel Aged Hard Cider is made with a blend of apples grown on our farm and then aged in a bourbon barrel from our friends at Whiskey Acres Distilling Co. This small batch cider is sophisticated and dry with a unique flavor imparted by the barrels. Naturally Gluten Free.

JonaSMACK Dry Hopped Hard Cider is made with a blend of apples grown on our farm and then dry hopped with Citra hops. Adding hops gives the cider a crisp and bright citrus-like taste with a light fruity finish from the apples. It is one of our most refreshing ciders, though tastes drier from the hops. Naturally Gluten Free.

Our JonaZin wine is a one of a kind blend of apples grown here in Illinois and Zinfandel grapes from California. The rich fruity flavors of Zinfandel blend seamlessly with the oak-aged apple wine to deliver a unique semi-dry red wine.

In an orchard, grapevines growing wild can be a little invasive, almost like a “Nosy Neighbor”. Sometimes the relationship formed by a nosy neighbor can turn into a strong friendship or in this case, a delicious wine, featuring both Traminette Grapes and a blend of apples grown in Illinois. A light, crisp semi-sweet wine best served with friends and neighbors!

Our orchard reserve is an apple wine made from a variety of apples grown on our farm, and then aged in an oak barrel for one year. It has a fruity aroma with a buttery flavor and hints of vanilla. Best served chilled.

Our Pomme Nouveau is a celebration of this years harvest, released each November at the conclusion of our apple harvest. This wine is sweetened with honey and has a dash of cinnamon to enhance the apple flavor even more. Cheers to this season! (Limited Release)
